I am a MDS-Collections Representative at USAA, a leading provider of financial services and solutions to military members and their families. With over a year of experience in this role, I have developed strong skills in active listening, problem solving, communication, and cash handling. My mission is to help members find the best solution to resolve delicate monetary problems, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Previously, I was an insurance specialist at World Financial Group (WFG) for three and a half years, where I helped clients navigate their insurance needs and manage their long-term wealth. I have also completed some courses in business, management, marketing, and related support services at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and I plan to pursue my degree in the future. I am passionate about financial security and wellness, and I strive to deliver excellent service and value to USAA members.
