About Marissa Kessler

In 2013, I founded my own company and I put my expertise with full life cycle recruiting to the test. The Rose Group was the culmination of 10 years of experience partnering with companies to match them to the best talent around. I stay abreast of industry trends in transportation and logistics, receive continuing education in supply chain management and make great connection with candidates that greatly enhance my company partners ability to attract great talent. I also write professional articles on corporate recruiting, how to evaluate hiring needs, interview strategy and how to evaluate recruiting vendors.
