About Marissa Lively

Marissa is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Advanced Specialty in Perinatal Nursing, that has worked in various nursing roles including hospitals, clinics, brand name clothing companies, and film sets. She completed her BSN in 2018 and started the first 2 years of her bedside nursing career working in an acute medical-surgical setting in one of Canada's busiest emergency departments at Surrey Memorial Hospital and through the initial waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, she is employed in Labour & Delivery at Royal Columbian Hospital which includes working as a Charge Nurse on the LDR and Maternity floors, as well as working in the OR and PACU with C-Section patients. In addition to her acute care at RCH, she is also working on and off screen in the film & television industry as an actor and baby wrangler nurse. Marissa also has long term interest to work in public heath, event medicine, clinics, and possibly travel nursing in the future.
