I am a passionate educational leader and graduate student (M.Ed.) that strives to bridge this gap for underserved communities through superb instruction, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional content knowledge. I aim to not only equip students to reach their fullest potential, but to mentor teachers to do the same. I am highly skilled in data analysis, curriculum planning, relationship building, content knowledge, and research. With this skillset, I achieved mastery-level data, ranking the highest in 7th ELA content scores within my first two years of teaching. I pride myself in providing unique educational opportunities for my students through creative solutions in instruction and execution. My achievements thus far have allowed me to advance as the 9th grade English I teacher and English Content Leader on my campus. In addition, I am a strong advocate for inclusive school culture as a leader in my campus's DEI committee. I am excited to hone my skills in the educational arena and strengthen my toolbox in instructional design and curriculum leadership. On my down time, I love to spend time with my family, work out/play sports, and explore the Austin area.
