I have had the pleasure to work in the customer service industry since I joined the workforce at 16 years old. I started in hospitality where I worked at a Marriott for over two years while in high school, which laid an excellent foundation for me. However I gained the bulk of my experience working in retail for a few different companies such as Forever 21 and Charlotte Russe. I worked my way up from a visual associate to my very own store manager position. I have been employee of the month, fashion star, and credit champion just to name a few accolades. I single handedly tripled the amount of credit cards my Forever 21 team was getting in Atlanta, GA in just under 3 months of me transferring to the location after relocating from my home town of Indianapolis. I also had the opportunity to run the highest volume store in my district at Charlotte Russe for the holiday season last year. With just 2 weeks before Black Friday and hardly no staff, I took on the challenge and was able to get the store fully staffed, cleaned top to bottom and running even In my absence by the time Christmas rolled around. I then had the pleasure to travel to several different stores to help with their year end inventory counts, while still being able to maintain a fully functional store of my own. Now I have ventured out into the land of entrepreneurship owning my own business Herflyness Approved. I provide freelance fashion styling and makeup artist services while also running my online store at herflynessapproved.com where I sell a variety of products and goods. The world of fashion excites me and is what brought me to Atlanta, Georgia. I am currently interested in fashion styling positions as well as freelance work and excited about my upcoming future.
