In my current role, I execute daily administrative duties while demonstrating excellent judgement, and discretion. I administer programs, processes, and communications related to licensing agreements, including legal documentation, manage projects, and aid senior leadership by coordinating meeting calendars and schedules. I also partner with the financial team to create statements and reports, distribute advances and royalties, and complete research. Key Accomplishments: Serve as administrator for online database and input and update users, brands, and product details. Developed and distributed database training materials to enable accurate and efficient use of system by all users. Coordinate all travel for executives and business guests to meetings, conventions, and summits. Plan and execute multiple annual corporate events. Partner with HR director to coordinate building maintenance and office moves, complete employee benefit updates, and manage office supplies.
