As the Head of Learning and Development, I have over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions that improve organizational performance and talent retention. I am part of the management team and responsible for the quality assurance and competence development of internal and external trainers and consultants. My mission is to enable leaders and individuals to achieve their goals and create a culture of engagement and trust, through customized training programs, executive coaching, and organizational development. I have extensive global experience and a proven track record of developing and facilitating face-to-face, digital, and virtual learning programs and workshops for various business needs, such as leadership, sales, team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement. I am certified Insights Discovery Practitioner and a part of the global Insights faculty which accreditate practitioners around the globe.
