I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations, investigations, and community relations of the department, as well as ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. I have extensive experience in law enforcement, including crime prevention, patrol, traffic, narcotics, intelligence, and internal affairs. I am passionate about serving and protecting the public, fostering a culture of trust and accountability, and enhancing the safety and quality of life in Newark.
