Experienced Leader | Missionary | Youth & Church Worker | Media & Communications | Fluent in Japanese With years of experience working as a missionary in Japan, I have developed a unique skill set that combines leadership, intercultural communication, and strategic outreach. Fluent in Japanese, I have worked in a local congregation, led youth ministry, and built relationships for evangelization in a deeply relational culture. As board leader for the Japan field since 2019, I have overseen strategic planning, organizational leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration. My role extends into media and communications, where I manage photography, website development, and digital outreach for an entire denomination we cooperate with. Additionally, my experience serving on the boards of Hiruzen Bible Camp and the Media Center has strengthened my ability to oversee projects, manage teams, and work effectively in diverse environments.
