I have a master's degree in Information Technology. I am currently the Director of IT Operations at TransferGo, a global money transfer company that offers fast, convenient, and affordable solutions for millions of customers. In my role, I am responsible for developing and implementing the IT operations department's strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives. I lead and manage a team of IT operations professionals, ensuring that they have the skills, resources, and environment to perform their best. I also plan and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring that it is allocated effectively to meet operational needs. I ensure that the organization's IT systems and data are secure, compliant, and reliable, implementing and monitoring security measures, and developing and implementing processes for managing IT incidents and problems. I am always looking for new ways to improve the IT operations and support functions, and to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals.
