Background

About Marius Brendmoe

I manage multi-disciplinary teams that shape people, processes and technology to improve productivity, quality and profitability in large enterprises. I enjoy building digital solutions that help people achieve great things, build better, dream bigger. Having worked with everything from enterprise strategy, to designing hybrid cloud solutions as an enterprise architect, to implementing low level optimizations in C and assembly, I consider myself capable of working at any level of an organization. The core of my experience comes from working as a consultant and later as head of technology and innovation at Avanade, where I worked primarily with Azure, CRM, C# on the technology side. Following that, I worked with Python and C++ at Funcom, building massive multiplayer survival games. I have experience managing small and medium-sized teams. My most extensive tech-lead role saw me responsible for a team of more than 20 developers building DNV GL’s next generation data platform. I greatly enjoy every aspect of team management, from hiring and mentoring, to designing roadmaps and maintaining backlogs. If you want to work with me, know that I am outspoken, hardworking and take great pride in my integrity. I am currently open for new opportunities in any field, as long as it means doing something interesting and making people’s lives a little bit better.
