About Marius Carlia

An energetic, focused and ambitious Business Management Professional with over a decade of experience in physical risk assessment and management, and with the most up-to-date knowledge in active project management. Through critical problem solving and exceptional communication skills, I strive to identify and deliver on stakeholder expectations and project team requirements. Utilizing industry-recognized and up-to-date best tools and practices, I lead and coordinate efforts in attaining and maintaining high project team motivation, execution and effectiveness. My proactive, risk-averse and detail-oriented nature helps me to also continuously assess how to best deliver on Public Safety strategies by leveraging my knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada, Ontario's Provincial Offences Act and OESA, and experience in risk analysis, team building and motivation, and stakeholder relations management. Additionally, I'm naturally driven to seek out the new and innovative, leading to collaboration and an ever-evolving skillset. I'm also driven to make the world a better place and as such have been applying my knowledge and skillset at the registered non-profit organization Against Parental Alienation Canada, and look forward to continuing to do so to help bring increased awareness to the fight against child abuse.
