If I have to pick one job where I've learned the most it would be Constructions or Civil Engineering. I do not have a degree in Civil Engineering, however I quickly learned all the applications used to properly function for 6 years in a Top 3 Construction Company in Romania. Also for Bitdefender, which I consider it to be my second home, I started with a basic knowledge of what data security means and got to Tier 2 of support, and still learning. For IBM, as a team lead, I did manage to keep my team on the first place for 6 month, with their targets and percent of completion rate over 95. We don't grow when things are easy, we grow conscious when we face challenges! Thus, for me, each start is a reason for joy and I look forward to it!
