With a strong background as an IT Client Service Desk Technician at SAP for the past two years, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your organization's success. During my tenure at SAP, I have gained valuable experience and honed my skills in various areas, including telephone support, troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 and Windows applications, providing support for Windows, Linux, and MacOS, handling WTS and VDI support, offering iOS support, managing VPN support (mainly Palo Alto GlobalProtect and BIG-IP Edge Client), monitoring incident queues, dispatching tickets to a 50-agent Service Desk, providing second-level desktop support, ensuring compliance, managing Intune, and supporting MFA and Azure AD. I have also become proficient in utilizing ServiceNow as my primary ticketing system, with some exposure to ITDirect. In addition to my work at SAP, I have been undertaking a Network Engineering Apprenticeship with FIT. This apprenticeship has enabled me to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field, leading to my acquisition of the CompTIA A+ certification. To further strengthen my qualifications, I am currently preparing to take the CompTIA Network+ exam, which upon completion will certify me as a Network Engineer. I am highly motivated, dedicated, and have a strong work ethic. I take great pride in my work and constantly strive for excellence.
