About Marius Enciu

I started my career in the video game industry in 2013 at Ubisoft Bucharest as a Game Tester on the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Over time, I have progressed along both technical and managerial tracks, contributing to nearly 95 projects across various roles. This journey allowed me to deepen my expertise on leading gaming platforms while refining my skills in people and project management. I later served as the Manager of Ubisoft Kyiv’s Technical Standards Division—a department I helped establish. This division is comprised of seven specialized teams, each with its own management structure. Subsequently, I transitioned to my role as QC Operations Director for Ubisoft Ukraine. My diverse project experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle, enabling enhanced communication and collaboration between Quality Control and Production teams. Additionally, I have developed and implemented innovative solutions to improve service quality and deliver superior final products. My international experience has further broadened my understanding of cultural diversity, strengthening my communication skills and enhancing my ability to work effectively with global teams. Currently, I work as Studio Operations Director, overseeing studio-related operations for Kyiv, Odessa, and Warsaw.
