About Marius Horstmann

Working in the tension area between engineering, production and sales is always a challenge. Since I am an engineer, I have a very good technical understanding for the customer's application. Finding the best suitable products or creating new ideas for new developments fascinates and distinguishes me. To align the customers’ needs with existing production capabilities and capacities is not only interesting but mandatory to establish a good running business. Using lean tools to achieve the best available status is what I learned in my studies, but also in existing manufacturing locations. Promoting products and solutions during talks or presentations is one of those things I really like. It is the direct contact that opens the door to new opportunities in the business and it gives you the possibility to get the customers view.
