About Marius Landowski

My role as an AOS (Airbus Operating System) Change Leader is centered on navigating and leading change within the organization, which is closely aligned with Lean Management principles. My ability to drive this change is informed by a targeted career progression that began with hands-on experience and evolved into a strategic leadership role. I started my journey as an Electronics Technician for Aviation Systems, which provided me with a deep, practical understanding of the core processes. This was followed by a role as a Manufacturing Engineer, where I learned to optimize production and solve operational challenges from a technical perspective. As an AOS Change Agent, I then specialized in driving continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor. This valuable experience has culminated in my current role as a AOS Change Leader, where I leverage my diverse background to empower teams and coach leaders on critical topics like safety, production flow, and effective disturbance management. I embrace new challenges with a highly motivated, results-oriented, and strategic mindset, and I am committed to equipping teams with the skills to drive continuous improvement from within.
