I am passionate about what I`m doing and how I do it, espescially to conserve the enviroment and protect this world and our workplaces as our herritage for the future generations. Also to teach all the youngsters that with compassion,determination and concern for everyone, the sky is the limit and you will reach your dream sooner than you will expect. CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS AND GOALS Site supervisor and then Site manager for B&W E&I on various projects in Rustenburg @ Waterfall smelter, Hillside Aluminium, Mondi paper, PFG building glass in Springs, Nampak Alrode and Springs Platinum. Then I moved to PRG electrical where I was appointed as Site manager on Arcelor-Mittal and Site manager @ Groote Geluk mine and Leeuwpan mine in Delmas.I finished there because I bought shares in a company Staro construction and served as a director with two partners where I managed again various projects. All duties from B&W TO Staro included liaising with the client, site meetings, quoting and securing projects, kick off meetings, all installations and supply of equipment, commissioning, QA, QC and handover, securing on time delivery, cost saving improvising, time management, Human relations, safety management and environment implementation and maintaining and enforcing of all company, OHS act and client rules and regulations. Work force and installation progress constantly monitored as well as time keeping. Housekeeping maintained all the time, to ensure a better and safer work place. My goal is to strive for the ideal work environment safe and secure that everyone goes home after a day’s work, exactly the way they came to work.
