About Mariusz Kolbuszewski

For over 15 years, I’ve been implementing advanced analytical technologies across industrial, laboratory, and R&D environments – including NIR and XRF spectroscopy, density and refractive index measurement, and colorimetric control. I combine expertise in chemometrics, AI, and programming (Python, C++) to deliver solutions that accelerate analysis, minimize errors, and enhance product quality. I work closely with QA, R&D, and production teams to translate technology into measurable outcomes: better repeatability, full regulatory compliance, and real operational savings. I co-develop analytical software (Polon-Izot), lead projects involving lab instrumentation, and implement systems such as NIR spectrometers, automatic tensiometers, XRF units, and colorimetry platforms. Until recently, I also served as president of our local Volunteer Fire Department (OSP Bogdidzowy), where I remain an active paramedic and emergency instructor. This experience sharpened my decision-making and team coordination skills – qualities I bring into every project I lead.
