Promoter of the offshore wind industry development in Poland. Initiator and co-author of regulatory solutions supporting local content in the supply chain for the offshore wind sector, including the Offshore Wind Act and the Offshore Wind Sector Deal. Deputy Chairman of the Coordination Council of the Polish Offshore Wind Sector Deal. Initiator, author and supervisor of the first postgraduate studies in Poland in the field of offshore wind energy at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Advisor/lecturer at the first offshore wind MBA studies at the Maritime University in Gdynia. Initiator of the Offshore Academy (2012) and the Offshore Wind - Logistics & Supplies Conferences (2010)- flag ship events run by the Polish Offshore Wind Energy Society (PTMEW) and Polish Offshore Wind Industry Chamber (PIMEW). Expert with 25 years of experience in the field of renewable energy, environmental protection, project development and spatial planning for RES and other industrial projects in Poland, including nearly 80 onshore and offshore wind farm projects. Since 2009 author of the offshore wind project documentation for PGE, ORLEN, DEME, EDPR, DONG Energy as well as the market analyses for the foreign companies entering the emerging Polish offshore wind market. Advisor to several Phase 1 offshore wind farm projects in Poland, incl. strategic advisory for both Baltic Power JV partners - Northland Power and ORLEN.
