Background I have over 7 years of international experience in product management, with a Diploma in Digital Marketing and a Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration. My work experience includes both product management of physical products and marketing. The value of product portfolios has been over 60 M €, and the number of managed products has been between 250 – pcs. Previous experience • Developing a product strategy, including product range, product groups, product availability and price policy • Budgeting, planning and implementing product marketing • Facilitating and leading the cross-functional team through the phased gate development process in new product development (NPD) projects • Providing product support for internal stakeholders, retailers and customers • Initiating and/or maintaining product’s sustainability claims such as Swan label, FSC • Ensuring and monitoring product profitability • Simplifying product portfolio Previous key achievements Key achievements include for example completion of a large and complex NPD project, in which I was one of several key players to revitalize manufacturing efficiency as well as harmonize the product portfolio. I have also contributed to physical stock reduction initiative that resulted as a 33% decrease in physical stock value in 3 months. Character My working style is independent and goal-oriented.
