About Marja Rinne

The change in future of work and how to help people and organizations to get there? These are the questions that inspire and move me in my work every day. I’m experienced, business-driven HR professional with more than 15 years of expertise from smaller and bigger organisations. I have the skills and the tools for HR generalist but the largest experience I own is for developing people. I get my energy from working with people in different settings, whether it is facilitating or training groups, improve and selling ideas, giving advise on practical employment matters and coaching leaders. The most important thing is to see that I bring real value to the people around me and help managers and their teams to achieve their goals. People say that I’m well structured, service minded and easy to work with. For me is important to see the big picture, but my approach is very flexible and pragmatic - I rather have my hands dirty than my head in the clouds. I’m always curious to learn new things and to understand different perspectives. At the moment I’m deepening my understanding on work and organizational psychology.
