Ms. Marcus serves as portfolio manager for Korn Ferry's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion portfolio. In this role, Marji focuses on driving the development of solutions aimed at creating inclusive behaviors across all levels of the organization. Focus areas include supporting executives to lead with more inclusive approaches, supporting managers to unleash the potential of all team members, and helping individuals do their part to interrupt bias at work. Designing effective solutions and delivering impactful experiences with lasting impact are her priority. Facilitating and engaging in challenging and productive conversations around removing headwinds for and advancing talent who are under-represented are her passion. Ms. Marcus consults with clients across all industries.
