As a senior year management student at the University of Missouri-Columbia, I have gained diverse and practical experience through two impactful internships—one in company management and the other in project management. These roles have deepened my understanding of business operations and strategic execution. Additionally, I had the opportunity to conduct a research analysis group project for Stifel, focusing on the application of AI in their fraud department. This experience enhanced my analytical skills and provided valuable insights into the intersection of technology and finance. My leadership abilities were further developed as the Executive Administrator for my sorority, where I managed various organizational tasks, fostered a collaborative environment, and oversaw a team. I am also an active member of a professional business fraternity, which offers continuous development opportunities and a network of aspiring business professionals. Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence, I am eager to leverage my skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to the corporate world in a full-time position after graduation.
