About Marjo Kujala

I’m a business-minded concept designer with strong UX skills. I get excited about people, workshops, generating ideas and, creating meaningful concepts and services in a multi-disciplinary team. Lately, I have been working closely with responsive web services but also with native apps for several different customers and industries. During the past years I've worked on consumer-facing apps and tasks such as optimising and improving the customer purchase funnel as well as the general user experience. I have a great passion to continuously learn more. Design is one of the fastest changing discipline, hence it’s important for me to re-think my skill set and define the direction I want to grow into. I'm cheerful, curious, empathic and diligent person. These abilities make me a great designer but also a great team lead and colleague. All success is founded on good communication, healthy feedback culture and psychologically safe team - on the collegial understanding and support for each other.
