Since joining CEI in 2006 as director of finance, Marjorie has led the selection and implementation of financial systems; spearheaded business process improvements; and enabled the company’s expansion into new industries through aggressive capital management and increased bonding and bank credit capacity during a period of constrained credit markets.Marjorie’s ability to develop and communicate a strategic vision, build consensus, and tackle multiple high-priority challenges simultaneously, resulted in her promotion to chief financial officer of CEI in 2007. Marjorie is a key member of CEI’s management team which has maintained profitability and driven significant revenue growth in a challenging economic climate. Through her extensive understanding of financial systems, broad industry experience, and focus on performance metrics, Marjorie’s influence on the financial performance of CEI has earned her the trust and respect of her business partners, both internal and external. Prior to joining Cupertino Electric in the fall of 2006, Marjorie served as controller of Kinetic Systems, Inc, a global construction company based in Fremont, California. She previously held positions as corporate controller and treasurer for private manufacturing corporations located on the east coast.
