JUN 2011 to JUL 2014 - technical surplus, transferred to AT & T Small Business Credit & Collections. 13 JUL 2014 - Returned to AT & T Technical Reliability Center (TRC) in Brentwood, as an ET in the Signal System 7 (SS7) section including AIN. 18 SEP 2016 - 25 MAY 2019, due to surpluses within the AT & T TRC, Brentwood, TN, assigned to the position of Outside Plant Technician (OPT) in Nashville, TN. Skills included pole-climbing, underground and aerial fiber placing, aerial construction, and confined-spaces safety. CDL-B driver and aerial-lift equipment 26 MAY 2019 - SEP 2022: Reassigned to the TRC, Brentwood, TN in the role of ET In the SS7 group, to include Southern New England Telecommunications (SNET) SS7 systems. SEP 2022 to DEC 2022 (ret.)- Digital Technician - duties included fiber installation from terminal to premisis, connectivity from the PFP to the terminal, connections, and fiber repair. Retired DEC 2022 with 22.25 years. Specialties: Personal computer maintenance & fiber/wireless networks.
