I have over two decades of experience in customer support, operations management, business analysis, and business enablement, with a focus on scaling lean operations, optimizing performance, and developing other leaders. As the Head of Global Learner Support at Philips, I provide strategic and operational leadership to the global support teams for enterprise learning management system (LMS) and quality management system (QMS) support for all end-users. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Foundation practitioner, and I have advanced knowledge of workforce optimization, call center telephony, and multi-channel customer experience best practices. I have also led transformational projects that impact people, processes, and technology, using effective communication, building trustful relationships, and achieving measurable results. I am proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM, Oracle/SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow Incident & Problem Management.
