About Mark Abrahams

My focus is on helping organisations to make effective use of data to inform decision making. I mainly work on Human Resource Management, Education and Training, or Employability projects where I utilise the practical application of psychological science alongside data analysis to ensure decisions are relevant, meaningful and have financial benefits. I have held leadership positions with responsibility for product development (psychometrics and recruitment processes), customer management, tender writing and sales presentations. From a technical perspective I am experienced in the design and development of talent assessment, recruitment and selection processes; training design and delivery and the application of data analytics. Specialities: Design and development of psychometric and simulation assessments for HR processes. Expert in the application of Item Response Theory, situational judgement tests, cognitive and behavioural tests. Data analysis and visualisation using R, Python, VBA, Power BI and SPSS. Design and delivery of assessment and development centres Validation and review of HR processes Application of data science methods to HR analytics to predict job performance and business outcomes.
