About Mark Adreon

Over the last 14 years I have developed and implemented programs that touch all services provided by DSB. My goal is to know full operational and management aspects of services for Vocational Rehabilitation serving customers that are blind or low vision. I believe in strong community connection and have served on the Puget Sound Diversity and Inclusion Employment Network board of directors for 14 years and assisted in developing our monthly recruitment events and 2 annual Diversity and Inclusion conferences. Serving as a commissioner on the City of Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities, has provided me the opprotunit to work in a cross disability focused Commission to develop bridges of understanding as well as provide a voice of the disability community to speak to City agencies and departments. With a focus of making the City as disability friendly as possible. I belong to the National Federation of the Blind as well as the Washington Council of the Blind. Both of these consumer groups provide strong leadership to the blind and low vision community as well as partner with DSB to ensure we provide quality and appropriate services to our customers.
