He has led major critical operations and transformations at Unilever, Flora (Upfield), BP, Cadbury Schweppes, T-Mobile and NorthStandard. He completed the food industry’s largest and fastest separation programme, as private equity owned (KKR) food company Flora (Upfield) was divested from Unilever. He led a major Advent International acquisition in the food manufacturing category. Mark has been listed in the UK CIO top 100 and is regularly invited to be a keynote speaker, conference chair/panel moderator.
