I am an approachable yet decisive senior executive leader and trusted advisor, with strong business acumen and extensive global experience, working in an international environment at the C-suite level with consulting firms, businesses, governments, IGO/NGO institutions, and stakeholders. My passion is helping organisations change and transform to meet the challenges of the future and to build the processes, systems and teams that are geared to meeting current and future political, economic, governance, and environmental challenges. Building upon an extensive record of international, multi-cultural experience in the Private Sector, International Organisations, and Government environment, my expertise is twofold. I act as a trusted advisor to CEO's or Leaders of Government and Industry, then I develop and implement the operational strategies, structures, and programs that support and enhance relationships internally and externally, and strengthen an organisation’s capacity to deliver the effective and desired outcomes. With exceptional diplomatic and communications skills, I have proven experience in clearly conveying complex policies and positions, and building sound relationships to positively engage and persuade key partners and staff. I am an action-oriented decision-maker and I thrive on giving expert advice, building new teams, managing turnarounds, fixing problems, and reviving under-performing functional teams to step-up and deliver strategic and operational outcomes on time and on budget.
