HIGHLIGHTS On numerous occasions, Mark has been asked by business owners and executive management teams to share insights and best practices, create change-management plans, evaluate employee manuals and to consistently build up peers and their teams through one-on-ones, weekly and monthly conference platforms, and live daily huddles. The relationships, curve balls hit (with a few missed), and the many wins have led to solutions that ultimately brought forth improvements in team morale, club cohesion and increased profits. By focusing on helping employees become successful in their respective roles, Mark has been able to develop and assist in the development of teams with sustained metrics and highs reaching 280% of goal. By developing one-on-one relationships, reinforcing strengths, and developing weaknesses, Mark has additionally had the opportunity to help his peers advance their careers, as well as to become leaders and top performers among their own peers. Mark provided support for every member or his team and motivated Clubs to move their ranks into the Top 10 and even the Top 25 of their respective Franchise reports. He found that as each employee developed, club morale improved and turnover decreased. His clubs have sustained monthly growth between 3-6.5%, while attrition was proportionally reduced.
