About Mark Antonello

After several years working in the clinical environment as a physiotherapist I developed a skill base in the OHS field completing a Cert IV in OHS and Training and Assessment. Applying my knowledge in ergonomics and risk management in the public health sector I became responsible for injury prevention and risk stratification within a major hospital setting. I shifted my focus to the health and wellbeing field where I assisted in developing state-wide corporate health initiatives within Queensland Health. Combining my passions for injury prevention and wellness I partnered with Andrew Simpson to form a group dedicated to improving the health of motivated businesses. Born from our 'why' came the inspiration to develop corporate injury prevention and corporate wellness programs where 20 years of experience came together to form a leading health and wellness brand. Our point of difference is that we fully customise our programs to the needs of the organisation and specialising on helping organisations with all workforces within Australia and New Zealand. Understanding that improved worker health and sustainability is a long term challenge we partner with organisations long term where we develop specific goals and targets that are realistic and achievable. Management commitment is vital for the success of our programs which is why our needs assessment process drills into quantitative such as lost time injury frequency rate and worker productivity rate. Research indicates success in wellbeing programs can be achieved in as little as six months. The challenge is maintaining your success which is why our partnerships are maintained over the long term.
