Supervised Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities, including planned inspections and unplanned failures, without expatriate intervention – a first in the region, reducing operational costs and strengthening local expertise. Managed a $100M Long-Term Service Agreement, ensuring contract profitability through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Collaborated with a global team to develop and launch GE’s e-commerce platform, enhancing digital accessibility and streamlining customer transactions.
