An Indian Army professional with impressive career of approximately 30 years; • Highly result-oriented, motivated and dynamic manager of change with a comprehensive experience of managing and implementing HR policies for manpower planning and development, training of employees in the organization; • Endowed with excellent relationship management, proactive, innovative, communication & interpersonal skills and team management skills; • Acknowledged on two occasions by the Chiefs of Army Staff and on two occasions by Army Commanders in the form of Commendation Cards for special contribution and efforts towards successful intelligence based operations, fraud detection, risk mitigation and asset protection; 1994 – : Served in J&K on the Line of Control followed by a tenure in Rajasthan along the IB during which participated in a number of military operations and was involved in border security. In both these tenures I was part of an Infantry Unit and led a team comprising of 05 Junior Security Managers, 25 Supervisors and approximately 100 personnel. till date : Have been serving as part of Military Intelligence as also in various Administrative Appointments throughout the country. Carried out vigilance and intelligence based operations, fraud management and investigations. In the administrative role have been responsible for overall security of the installations including access control, processing cases for construction of infrastructure within installations including their maintenance, land management including its audit, PR, liaison and coordination with police, government authorities and civil population, afforestation and arboriculture, management of shopping complex and amenities within an installation, handling of conservancy contract and execution of conservancy services including waste management and human resources management.
