About Mark Ayers

I am an energetic, adaptable and hardworking individual who does not like to waste time. At only 27 years old my diverse background has helped provide me wisdom and work ethic far beyond my years. Began Full Time work at age 12 in Dairy Farming for $5/hr. After 4yrs of Dairy I worked in Gun Sales for 2 years. Went straight to College 1 week after High School Graduation. Completed Associates at top of my class in 18 month while working full time as an Automotive Maintenance Technician. Served in the Air Force working alongside B-52 Bombers traveling the world as an In Depth Aircraft Technician, then became an Operations Manager within Aircraft Maintenance and taught Process Improvement (that actually worked) within several organizations across multiple bases. Finished serving my 4 year Enlistment at 24 and transitioned straight into my current role as an Account Manager in Sales at EquipmentShare. With 3 hours of initial direct sales training for this position, in 4 years I have gone from $0 in sales to $6.5million + in yearly sales and still growing. I do not like to be considered a salesman but a business partner. I help you and you help me. Together we can succeed.
