Born and raised in Manchester, I started my first business at the age of 24 after travelling extensively and building early experience in the finance sector. What began in my mum’s hallway grew into a company turning over more than £10 million—without a penny of external investment. Since then, I’ve founded and scaled several multi-million-pound businesses, each built from the ground up with a focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and customer experience. I have been a Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for Employer and achieved the Investors in People Silver award. As a business leader with a deep specialism in process, sales, and marketing, I’ve developed a reputation for identifying where businesses are leaking value, especially in their go-to-market and customer engagement strategies. Too often, I see companies pouring money into marketing efforts that lack direction or impact. My strength lies in applying logic, structure, and data-led thinking to drive scale efficiently, effectively, and with long-term value in mind. I’ve had the privilege of consulting for both emerging businesses and household names, helping them deliver world-class customer service and boost retention through a better understanding of the customer journey—something I’m genuinely passionate about. Today, I’m the Co-Founder and Partner of Altum HR, a market-leading HR and Employment Law Consultancy headquartered in Altrincham, with offices in London, Northern Ireland, and North America. We support organisations globally with Fractional HR and strategic people management consulting. Available for non-executive and advisory roles, helping growth-stage businesses scale with confidence, clarity, and commercial discipline. Outside of business, I’m an active supporter of local charities and take pride in leading community-based fundraising initiatives for causes close to my heart.
