About Mark Baker

I’m a collaboration-focused systems engineer with over 20 years of experience across IT, networking, cloud, and now enterprise video. At Cisco, I work with customers and partners to design and support smart, scalable meeting spaces using the full Webex platform — from Calling to Contact Center — with a deep focus on video devices and RoomOS. I’ve been recognized as a Cisco Achiever in both FY23 and FY25 for consistently delivering partner-aligned outcomes and helping customers succeed. I love simplifying complex technology, enabling teams, and building trusted relationships with those I support. Before Cisco, I led infrastructure and cloud transformation efforts at enterprise scale — including full Azure migrations, hybrid datacenter builds, and enterprise voice deployments. I also have experience from the partner side, having worked for a Boston-based Cisco/MSP partner, where I led client-facing projects across networking, VoIP, and virtualization. I believe great collaboration starts with people, not products — but the right technology makes it a whole lot easier.
