About Mark Bamberger

Dr. Mark Bamberger is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his Ph.D in geology and J.D. with a concentration in environmental law, including land use, utilities, and energy law. He has worked in the environmental industry for more than 20 years. Mark’s references concur that he is dedicated, resilient, and passionate about completing well-prepared deliverables. He is very self-motivated, but has also worked efficiently and often as a member of a group. His experience and education prepares him to fit well in many different work environments and make immediate contributions to organizations in which he has worked throughout his career. Mark started his own law firm (The Mark Bamberger Co, LLC; in February of 2009 after working for a small law firm in Miamisburg, Ohio and before that working as a legal consultant in Cincinnati, Ohio. As of January 2014, Mark has completed (roughly) 205 bankruptcies, 50 divorces, 30 custody cases, 30 criminal defense cases, 30 employment law cases, and 50 trial matters. He is in general practice, but focuses on bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, criminal defense, civil litigation, family law (divorce, custody, etc.), civil and criminal litigation, environmental law, and animal law.
