MY BACKGROUND I possess more than 20 years of global investigative and security management leadership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I lead highly specialized teams in managing intelligence analysis, security/criminal investigations, policy development and implementation, investigative compliance, and risk management. I have extensive collaboration and investigative experience managing highly sensitive security matters with global private corporations, federal government agencies, and public enterprises. CORE STRENGTHS Legal Expertise – Juris Doctorate degree, licensed member of the Connecticut Bar Association combined with federal law enforcement background. Risk Management – I’m a Subject Matter Expert in managing threat analysis and asset protection to both physical and cyber infrastructure. I recently managed a project requiring policy review/development for mitigating potential threats to personnel, infrastructure, and proprietary data at all 56 FBI Field Offices and FBI Headquarters. Investigations – I directed numerous complex, Top Secret sensitive global criminal investigations involving multiple National and International Intelligence Community partners. Global Security Operations and Program Management – Managed staff and international security programs involving numerous domestic and foreign partnerships; instrumental in leading organizational change management initiatives that significantly enhanced communication, operational efficiency, and resource exchange throughout the global intelligence community. Relationship Management – On numerous occasions, I collaborated with international, federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, intelligence community partners, private corporations, and government entities to meet mission objectives.
