Also known as the real-estate genius, Mark Bastorous started his career back in 2005, when he arrived in the US with a couple of dollars and a suitcase. He had a clear vision: to change the character of homes in California and to enhance the lifestyle of families all across the state, and eventually, the country. Thanks to his outgoing personality and out-of -the-box mindset, he was able to bring friends, family, acquaintances and clients to partner with him in his thriving business ventures, that nowadays sum up to over 90 properties and $40 million in assets throughout Southern California Fast forward in time, Bastorous became a part of RE/MAX Professionals, earning architectural awards and making a name for himself on in-house construction, real estate, mortgage, property management, commercial real estate and company development. From sleek contemporary architecture in West Hollywood, capitalizing on endless ocean views in Pacific Palisades, modern designs in Riverside County, and more, this risk-taker transformed the community's landscape and brought it back to modern life, in contrast with the place where he was born, so full of history and tradition. And after developing homes, apartments, medical buildings, gas stations and more, Bastorous formulated a question to his clients: “what’s your idea of a custom home?”, and while answering to that, he did justice to his genius nickname, making it all come to life like if it was a magic trick.
