In November of 2017, Mr. Beal formed High Country Contractors, Inc.(HCC) to continue operations of High Country Utilities (HCU) when Mr. Lloyd retired. HCC inherited an excellent reputation from the previous ownership and the best staff of construction professionals in the business. HCC received its first contract under the new name in the spring of 2018 and has continued to operate with the highest regard for job quality, efficiency, and safety. HCC is Native American-owned and a member of the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) certification program. HCC is a general contracting company that specializes in navigational aids and related infrastructures for the Federal Aviation Administration. We work on airport sites and remote locations.
