About Mark Beaner

Growing up, I found my self tearing things down just to put them back together. I was intrigued by the why’s and how’s of every object, program and device. Not much has changed today. Stumbling upon software development, I have been able to turn my passion into a career. Working behind the scenes to develop programs, finding solutions to real world problems, and determining an efficient way to implement solutions, has allowed me to grow my love for the challenges of coding.I pursued excelling my skills by completing a full-stack coding bootcamp at Michigan State University. Through the program I learned the basics of Mongo DB, Express, React and Node (MERN). Although I learned a lot through the program, the majority of my growth in coding stemmed from outside of the classroom. I have developed knowledge in programming languages such as JavaScript and C#, with hopes to expand my scope, in the near future. My fascination with the ever-growing field causes me to dive head first into new challenges, allowing me to grow and excel in this field.In my free time, I enjoy overcoming obstacles, such as learning new skills. My goal, while working in the field, is to give back to my community by offering shadowing positions and one on one session, to the youth, in order to teach them the proper skills and techniques to thrive in their passion.
