About Mark Beasley

With over 13 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff. As the Elementary School Principal at Northwest Elementary, I oversee the academic, operational, and cultural aspects of the school, ensuring alignment with the district's vision and goals. I also foster strong relationships with the parents, community, and stakeholders, and promote collaboration and engagement among the teachers and staff. I have a Master's degree in Executive Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, and a licensure in Elementary Education from Greensboro College. Some of my core competencies include curriculum development, data analysis, instructional coaching, staff development, and strategic planning. I am committed to advancing the quality and equity of education for all students, and empowering them to achieve their full potential.
