About Mark Beaulieu

I grew up the small town of Warrenton in Northern Virginia. I learned to play the game of golf at age 15 and immediately fell in love with the challenge of improving my performance. I have had the privilege of working for several excellent PGA professionals who've provided guidance and wisdom in my pursuit of PGA membership. As an instructor, my desire to establish a lasting relationship, along with lasting results, create a positive learning environment for every student. I am a firm believer in the fact that you should never stop learning. I have earned PGA Certifications in Golf Operations (2018), Player Development (2019), Teaching & Coaching (2019), Executive Management (2025) in addition to becoming a US Kids Certified Coach Level 1 (2020), Level 2 (2024). As a coach, my mission is to create a fun educational environment, motivate, encourage, improve performance in every aspect of the game, as well as assist in character development of every student. As a manager and leader, my mission is to instill trust in my team, colleagues and members through consistent actions that demonstrate integrity, transparency, and empathy. Something I also strive to create is psychological safety for others by cultivating an environment where thoughts can be shared openly and effort is validated. I've had the opportunity to work for and with some amazing people in my career. It is my desire to become a safe place for others to come to for help or guidance. TEAM, Together Everyone Achieves More!
