About Mark Beddoe

I would describe my strengths as being a great communicator, taking ownership, being passionate, diligent and applying new processes/methods into my style of teaching. My goal this year is to establish Kids In Motion as one of the best work places in Melbourne. My role as lead of culture and team development manager is one that I understand holds a great deal of responsibility. I am a highly self-motivated individual who always strives to be the best at what I do which I have displayed throughout my career so far leading to recognition such as Leader of the Year & WOW Worrior (going above & beyond award). I am passionate about progression and as a Development focused coach/leader, I have enjoyed a great deal of satisfaction from improving myself, my staff, students, peers as well as projects, campaigns and businesses. I have a proven track record leading to many successes in recruitment, coaching, training, operations and engagement. I relish the adventure of a fresh challenge, change and/or opportunity. Recent accomplishments include: completing my Management level 3 NVQ award, Management & Leadership CMI diploma and increasing company revenue figures by more than 50% this FY.
