About Mark Begnaud

I have been actively litigating and trying cases for more than a decade, first as a public defender doing felony trial and appellate work, later as a civil litigator with one of Atlanta's most repsected governmential liability practices, then in late 2014 I went into private practice, helping families and individuals who have been harmed by the acts of others. Our practice at Eshman Begnaud is devoted to personal injury and civil rights litigation, where we focus on a smaller number of cases which we work hard to get maximum value for our clients. Collectively, we have recovered more than $25 million for that small group of clients. Regarding civil rights litigation, I have recovered over $5.5 million for my clients in the past five years and have been certified as class counsel in two civil rights class action cases.
