More recently at Smithers Rapra starting off as a Process Technician managing the day to day activities within a rubber processing laboratory, then promoted to Process Development Engineer working on plastic extrusion, blown film and sheet lines along with manufacture, compound development in both rubber and plastics. Currently as Process Leader I manage a small team of Technicians which manufacture parts for the Pharmaceutical Industry as well as all the aforementioned.
