About Mark Berenson

As a Senior Manager in our People space, I'm deeply involved in both Recruiting and Professional Development. I oversee recruiting and professional development for our post-undergraduate consultants. I drive the strategy in both areas, lead the execution of special projects, and support the ongoing evolution to ensure that the Business Analyst experience is an unrivaled one for driven and talented undergraduates. In addition, I help lead the North American Recruiting organization, driving areas including technology, budgeting, and planning. I combine my passion for teaching with the Business Analyst program as a member of the core faculty for our iconic global training programs for pre-Associates, FLITE and SOAR.Previously as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, I focused on public sector work (particularly national security and health care), and most of the work I did was transformational change - supporting organizations to design and implement major change programs. My work experience has been in the U.S, Canada, the UK and UAE.
